Thanks for your comment Aello! You’ve reminded me of yet another couple of awesome Cap traits… that relaxed confidence and worldly capable-ness of which you speak is truly refreshing to be around.
And I was pondering more on the joys of Restraint, not the least of which is a return to teenage-like necking-for-the-sake-of-it. Occasionally accompanied by the occasional and other hitherto unexpected markings Bliss.

Good luck with your Cappy-of-interest. With Saturn in 7th thing I’d say your timing (not to mention his, and the universe’s) is impeccable!

Thank you so much for this informative post. While it’s all good in theory, I’ve never really understood any of the Earth signs, let alone Capricorn (though I have always been pro-goat). Recently a Cappy-of-interest has manifested (Saturn in my 7th!) and I must admit, I’m impressed with his relaxed confidence, worldly capable-ness and his… restraint.

Thanks for this Erebos, that is very true! I have done a lot of self-reflection through astrology and realised a wealth of new things (good and bad!) about myself. To me, that is the true gift of astrology

I totally agree with your blog. I think it’s also about self reflection and self perception. You can focus on your positive traits and maybe do something about your negative ones.

Reading this I immediately recalled your Gemini ascendant. No wonder work is such a struggle for you at the moment – Uranus in Pisces at the top of your chart and Saturn down the bottom in Virgo. The opposition is pulling between your public working self (10th house) and your private home self (4th house). With Uranus in your 10th, the urge to just chuck in the day job and follow your heart is barely contained. But, contained it is – by Saturn in the 4th reminding you that you need a home; you need to be sensible, stable and secure.
The Saturn-Uranus opposition is playing out between my 1st and 7th houses (Pisces ascendant) and is mirrored in my partner’s chart (Virgo ascendant). Strange times. My weapon of choice: patience.

Thanks for stopping by Aello! It is so helpful to hear what other people are experiencing. Reading your thoughtful application of astrological influences to your current situation makes your comment doubly rewarding.

You are indeed in the midst of far-reaching life changes and challenges in your life. Some big planetary players and aspects there too. It sounds awfully like Saturn’s gotta be in the mix somewhere… Your wording re: lessons of patience and perseverence sounds like it was spoken by the Lord of Karma himself

Keep fighting the good fight. It sure will be interesting to see what Venus in Scorpio brings. Keep me posted!

Transiting Mars and Mercury in Libra and Venus in Scorpio are all hovering in my eighth house messing with my natal Mars-Jupiter conjunction in Aries in the second. Big changes happening for me. My current significant relationship has been in a ‘grey area’ for just over a month, triggered by the recent lunar eclipse affecting my Leo Moon but complicated by transiting Pluto’s square to my partner’s Sun. I’m blaming (and also thanking) Mars, Mercury and Venus being in indecisive Libra that it is still unresolved. With Venus’s move into Scorpio though, I’m expecting some action in October.

And soon, so very soon, I’ll receive confirmation of my divorce in the post – it seems fitting that news of the dissolving of a legal relationship contract will occur during Mercury retrograde. Property and finances finally settled as well. Everything seems to be taking an unnecessarily long time – definitely learning lessons of patience and perseverance there.
